At The Jump Off, we specialize in a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, and more!

We offer full-service event planning, including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and more. We also offer day-of coordination services for those who have planned their own events but need assistance on the day.

In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit. 

If rain is expected overnight, please DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead, call us directly, and we’ll just deal with the flooded unit.

You can power the inflatable on and of pretty much as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for cake and ice cream, leave it on. If they are going to be off for 30+ minutes you can unplug the blower.

When they want to play again, just plug it back in!

Please DO NOT leave the unit running all night long.

 Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly using a disinfecting wash. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. 

After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. 

 Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.  

 Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. 

If there is no available power outlet at your park rental we offer a generator rental, that must be added to your booking. If you have your own, please advise at the time of your booking.
